Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
- Oversee the integration of SFDC with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning and Customization to optimize user experience and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFDC solutions to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive innovation by exploring new SFDC features and technologies to enhance our service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SFDC implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with SFDC knowledge and skills.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps for SFDC enhancements and upgrades.
- Contribute to the companys growth by delivering high-quality SFDC solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SFDC Sales Cloud Lightning Integration and Customization with proven experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management as a valuable asset.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing scalable SFDC solutions that align with business goals.
- Have a track record of successful SFDC project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
