Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 6 Years

- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
- Work closely with hiring managers or client SPOCs to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate salary/rates, and manage candidate expectations.
- Track and manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in the recruitment system (ATS or Excel).
- Follow up with candidates post-interview to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends in IT and talent acquisition strategies.
