Job Summary
As a Lead Developer with expertise in SFDC Experience cloud and Loyalty cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. With a focus on Asset and Wealth Management you will contribute to enhancing business processes and driving innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Experience cloud & Loyalty Cloud and SFDC Customization to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies implementing them to improve system performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides for Salesforce applications.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
- Have a keen understanding of data security and compliance within Salesforce applications.
