Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver process training programs for insurance agents to improve their sales performance.
• Provide coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices to enhance agent performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as ROI analysis.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
