Role & responsibilities
1. Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates for projects, create budgets, and ensure that the project remains within financial limits.
2. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts between clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Cost Control: Monitor and control project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address any cost overruns.
4. Final Account Preparation: Prepare final accounts at the end of the project, ensuring all costs are accounted for and settled.
