Locations: Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience Required: 6 - 10 years

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience in HCC Medical Coding
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Team Leader in coding operations
• CRC or CPC certification (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, audit, and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of HCC coding guidelines and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality team to maintain high coding accuracy standards
• Audit coded charts to ensure compliance with client and regulatory guidelines
• Provide feedback, coaching, and targeted training to improve coder performance
• Develop and maintain quality control processes
• Collaborate with operations, training, and client teams for quality improvement initiatives
