Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
Implement measures to mitigate risks and improve overall safety
Develop and deliver EHS training programs for workforce
Promote awareness and understanding of EHS practices and principles
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS regulations
Maintain records of EHS activities and compliance status
Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, air quality, and water quality
Develop and implement emergency response plans
Conduct drills and ensure readiness for potential emergencies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS
