Internship Overview: Surveillance Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Surveillance team as a
Surveillance Manager Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience
in monitoring and maintaining the safety and security of OYO properties. The intern will assist in
analyzing surveillance data, identifying potential risks, and implementing preventative measures. This
role provides valuable exposure to security operations, risk management, and data analysis within a
fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Monitoring: Assist in monitoring live surveillance feeds from various OYO properties.
Data Analysis: Analyze surveillance footage to identify security breaches, suspicious activities,
and policy violations.
Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports with accurate descriptions of events,
including date, time, and location.
Risk Assessment: Support the team in identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities at
OYO properties.
Preventative Measures: Assist in implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of security
protocols and preventative measures.
Collaboration: Work closely with security personnel, property managers, and other stakeholders
to address security concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities and incident reports.
Technology: Learn to utilize surveillance technology and software to enhance monitoring
capabilities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant security policies and procedures.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects related to security improvements and data
analysis.
Qualications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in any Field
Strong interest in security, surveillance, and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to observe and report accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with surveillance technology and software is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must be able to commit to a [Specify number]-month internship program.
