Roles & ResponsibitiesExpected to be an SME.Collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Facitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabities.Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure agnment with project goalsProfessional & Technical SkillsMust To Have SkillsProficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.Strong understanding of data integration techniques and best practices.Experience with cloudbased data solutions and architectures.Famiarity with data governance and compance standards.Abity to troubleshoot and optimize data workflowsAdditional InformationThe candidate should have minimum years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.This position is based in Chennai.A years full time education is required.
