Job Summary
As a Technology Architect specializing in Salesforce solutions you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced systems that enhance our financial service offerings. Your expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and SFDC Lightning will drive innovation and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our platforms contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance financial service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce platforms with existing systems.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Salesforce technologies.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex code to support complex business logic and integrations.
- Lead the development of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and system functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize Salesforce platform efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture for future reference and training purposes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Salesforce technologies.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Financial Service Cloud demonstrating the ability to design and implement solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Have a strong background in Salesforce Apex Integration showcasing expertise in developing robust and efficient integrations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning with a proven track record of enhancing user interfaces and system functionality.
- Experience in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Domain knowledge in Cards & Payments is highly desirable providing insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.
