Job Description

Job Title : Team Lead HCC Medical Coding | CRC/CPC Certified

Locations: Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience Required: 69 years

Qualifications & Skills:

69 years of experience in HCC Medical Coding
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in coding operations
CRC or CPC certification (mandatory)
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (mandatory)
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Deep knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HCC coding team to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Drive training, mentoring, and development programs for coders
Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations
Coordinate with quality, operations, and client stakeholders for smooth delivery

Employment Type: Full-time
