Job Title : Team Lead HCC Medical Coding | CRC/CPC Certified

Locations: Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience Required: 69 years

Qualifications & Skills:

• 69 years of experience in HCC Medical Coding
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in coding operations
• CRC or CPC certification (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HCC coding team to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Drive training, mentoring, and development programs for coders
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations
• Coordinate with quality, operations, and client stakeholders for smooth delivery
