Location: Gurugram


Work Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working


Eligibility: Graduate Freshers & Undergraduates with Experience

Your Role:

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the voice of the company. Your job will include:

Answering customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.

Assisting with bookings, travel-related concerns, and post-sale support.

Providing accurate, quick, and friendly solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Documenting customer interactions and feedback.

Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalations.

Your a Great Fit If You Have:


Graduation (Freshers Welcome!) OR

Undergraduation with 6+ months of customer support experience.

Excellent communication skills in English.

A customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.

Interest or experience in the travel industry is a BIG plus!

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)

9-hour shift (including breaks)

Weekly rotational offs (2 days)
