Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture of complex, scalable .NET applications and cloud-native solutions.
• Serve as a technical authority and interact across multiple development teams and projects.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and thought leadership to developers and architects.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews of architecture, code, and performance to ensure quality and scalability.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and a culture of technical excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Proven expertise in architecting and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence, with the ability to influence at all levels.
