Job Description

Shift timing -General(10 AM to 8 PM could change by hours)
Work Mode -Hybrid (2 days a week work from office)

Should be target driven with good communication skills with 1-3 yrs of experience of recruiting in ITES/BPO hiring
Collaborate with various teams like BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, Hiring Managers, Scheduling team etc.
Should manage candidate communication and stakeholder communication
Should be able to understand EVP and should have good negotiation skills
Good with MS Excell and prior workday experience could be added advantage
Any graduation or masters -preferably in Humanities /Management
