Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly while maintaining high levels of service quality.
Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandoned call rate, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken) with proficiency in Hindi.
Ability to work on International Voice Process projects with flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
