Designation : HR Intern

Hiring Level : Fresher

Duration : 3 months

Stipend: 10k per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and feedback coordination
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
• Support onboarding and exit formalities
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational support
• Assist in drafting HR policies and communication

Work Details:

Work Location: Thane (WFO)

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Working Hours: 9:30am to 6pm
