Role Expectations

7+ years in product management roles, with experience in SaaS or complex, multiple user-role, platform environments.

Proven success leading product execution and collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams.

A progressive approach to product management rooted in co-ownership, not top-down control.

A clear, structured approach to product planning, sprint co-execution, and communication.

Experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Comfort with data analysis and performance measurement frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Excellent command of Agile tools and AI workflows.

Experience working with global distributed teams and across time zones.

A calm, accountable, and high-integrity presence that supports momentum, not ego.
