Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization nCino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to innovative solutions in the Investment Banking Operations domain. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance user experience.
- Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and align with organizational goals.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in nCino to streamline banking operations and improve process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications to ensure system reliability.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Have expertise in nCino and its application in banking operations to drive efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning for creating engaging user interfaces.
- Show capability in SFDC Integration to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Exhibit skills in SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance.
- Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus providing valuable domain insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
