Changepond is Hiring IT Freshers: Software Developer / Engineer / Trainee

Candidates who have been interviewed in the last 3 months are not eligible for this walk-in drive.
Eligibility:
Should have a minimum aggregate of 70% in Class 10, Class 12/Diploma and CGPA of 7 or higher in College.
Education: B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, AI&ML, AI & Data Science), M.E / M.Tech, MCA, MSC (Computer Science, IT)
Year of passing (2023, 2024 & 2025)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in software development, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior team members on coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Understand business requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
- Write clean, quality code based on specifications.
- Analyze program performance and take action to correct any deficiencies.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as JAVA, .Net, Python, or PHP.
- Knowledge of SQL and Testing/RPA is a plus.
- Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
