Role & responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Redux,
JavaScript, CSS, and API integrations. You will play a critical role in designing and developing
dynamic user interfaces that power our core platforms. You should be able to translate business
requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, while collaborating effectively
with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust front-end applications using React.js and Redux.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code.
- Handle API integrations and ensure consistent data flow between front-end and back-end.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in frontend development.
- Understand business requirements and independently drive feature development with minimal supervision.
- Optimize application for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Debug and fix bugs across browsers and devices.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, security, and performance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and Redux.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).
- Experience with Git and common development workflows (e.g., GitHub).
- Familiarity with browser debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Good understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Maturity and ownership mindset ability to take full responsibility for a feature from requirement to delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Exposure to design systems or UI component libraries (e.g., MUI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
