Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Proven experience in designing training content and delivery for different audience levels
Hands-on experience in managing training programs managing end to end delivery
Involvement in conducting Training Needs Identification & Analysis
Identification of relevant audience and pre-training groundwork, strong knowledge as well as hands-on experience in conducting post training effectiveness evaluation
Preferred candidate profile
Level to be hired DM/M
Job Location Turbhe
Experience Range Relevant exp of atleast 8 to 10 years
Shift Timing 12 to 9 pm
Will this role have people reporting directly? IC role
- Good theoretical understanding of Learning theory adult learning styles, training framworks like ADDIE, Gagnes model , Blooms Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick evaluation model
- Good stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to learning tools like Articulate 360, Captivate desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant certifications in L&OD highly preferred.
