Job Description

Shift timing -General(10 AM to 8 PM could change by hours)
Work Mode -Hybrid (2 days a week work from office)

Rate card :
7 months to 18 Months - 26000 to 30000 Pay rate
19 months to 36 Months - 31000 to 40000 Pay rate

• Should have min 1-3 yrs of sourcing experience in BPO/ITES industry with familiarity in sourcing for BSFI, F&A, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement and Sourcing, HR, Pharma, Health, Legal etc(Non IT Skills) from different channels (Social Media, Job boards, Referrals etc)
  Should be able to source/screen candidates as per the JD and within the compensation ranges
  Excellent communication skill (Written and spoken)
  Should be a team player, target driven, should have eye for detail (compliant) go getter- with overall experience of 1-3 yrs
  Any graduation or masters -preferably in Humanities /Management
