Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for Teamcenter Manufacturing modules and resolve user issues.
• Troubleshoot errors related to Process Planning, MBOM, BOP, Work Instructions, and related manufacturing data.
• Assist manufacturing engineers and planners in managing and navigating the Teamcenter Manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with the PLM Admin, IT, and Development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of Teamcenter Manufacturing updates or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Document recurring issues, root causes, and solutions; contribute to a knowledge base for user self-service.
• Support user training sessions and create user guides and support materials.
• Coordinate with Siemens support for escalated issues when required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 35 years of experience in Teamcenter, specifically Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of:
• MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
• BOP (Bill of Process)
• Process Planning
• Work Instructions Authoring
• Plant Layout / Structure Management
• Hands-on experience in Teamcenter UA (Unified Architecture) interface.
• Good understanding of Teamcenter data model and workflow processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis (client and server-side).
• Familiarity with basic BMIDE concepts and configuration is a plus.
• Experience with PLM use in discrete manufacturing environments (Automotive, Aerospace, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
