- You will be joining String Bio Private Limited, a company that specializes in commercializing next-generation ingredients for various sectors like Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Human Nutrition, and Personal Care through a sustainable and traceable process. As the global leader in gas fermentation, with a strong IP-protected platform called SIMP (String Integrated Methane Platform), we produce high-quality ingredients from methane. Our core mission revolves around innovating at the intersection of biology, engineering, and chemistry to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions, with a focus on enabling localized manufacturing, leveraging greenhouse gases, and promoting safe, organic, and circular living. As an Area Change Lead at String Bio Private Limited, you will be in charge of overseeing daily operations, implementing and managing change initiatives, and ensuring the smooth integration of new processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to develop and execute plans. This role necessitates close coordination with stakeholders to align organizational goals with change initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have experience in sales and marketing. You must demonstrate a proven ability to implement and manage change initiatives, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or allied sciences, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in the same market are preferred, especially those who are passionate about working with Biostimulants, Bio Fertilizers, and micronutrients.,
