About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume hiring for frontline and field roles across locations. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring across various functions and locations
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and field activities
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and local hiring drives as needed
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly MIS reports
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding
- Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates
Requirements:
- Experience in bulk hiring
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with hiring tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting
- Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred
