Job Description

Job Openings in the Department of Marketing Communications for Graphic Designers:

Candidate will be expected to
Be well-versed with all the design software, like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc and bring out creativity in anything & everything designed.
Be highly creative with thoughts and approach.
Gather and evaluate creative briefs in collaboration with other team members and provide design solutions.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets for websites/landing pages.
Understand the script and develop videos (2-3 minutes) as marketing assets for different brands.
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, ads and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UI problems on the existing sites.
Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback.
Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors and images .
Skills
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Team spirit; positive attitude and articulation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Must have enormous patience to get to the best.
Must respect & adapt in diverse culture.
Completely aware of business etiquettes and corporate decorum; Excellent time-management skills and must have an eye for fine details.
Should be a team player with a mindset that is inclined towards innovation and bringing a difference.
Should provide solutions to a creative problem and not problems to a problem.
