We are hiring for a dynamic and driven professional to join our fast-growing team in the role of Technical Talent Acquisition/ IT recruiter. If you have a strong recruitment background and experience in managing external recruitment vendors, this is the right opportunity for you!
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (Job Portals, Social Media, Vendors, Referrals, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely updates in the ATS.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Vendor Management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and recruitment drives simultaneously.
- Must be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
