Job Description
We're on the lookout for some energetic enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive/ Recruiters to join our growing team at Teleperformance, Malad. If you are passionate about recruitment and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this opportunity is for you! This is a 6 day working gig.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen through job portals, social media and referrals
- Conduct telephonic and face to face interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC with 6 months of experience or fresh graduates with strong communication and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS office and job portals preferred
