Job Description

Urgent Opening Non-IT Recruiter for Leading Consulting Firm

About the Role:
We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to join our consulting team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for various industries like BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to close positions quickly.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess fitment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain talent pipelines and database.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Strong knowledge of Non-IT roles.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
