Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company databases and systems accurately
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Generate reports or perform basic data analysis if required
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 6 months of proven experience in data entry or similar roles
Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM with high accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Familiarity with data management systems or CRM tools is a plus
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or Diploma in any discipline
Knowledge of basic data quality and validation practices
Previous experience in an administrative or support role
