  1. The BPO Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees, focusing on process knowledge, customer service skills, communication techniques, and use of software applications.
  2. The trainer designs and updates training materials, assesses trainee progress, provides feedback, and ensures that employees meet performance standards to deliver high-quality customer support.

The role also involves coordinating with various departments to align training programs with business goals. (Marathi is Mandate)
