Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, ensuring timely delivery and quality hires. This role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Use various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
- Proven track record of successful closures across levels and functions.
- Proficiency in ATS tools and job portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Work Model:
- Hybrid Model: 3 days from office, 2 days remote
- Location: Office based in Lucknow
