What You ll Do:
Strategize & Execute Paid Campaigns:
Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on Instagram Ads , Google AdWords , and LinkedIn Ads .
Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.
Budget Ownership:
Handle monthly and quarterly budgets for India and international regions (US/UK/Singapore).
Optimize spend and allocation to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
Performance Analytics:
Track, measure, and report campaign performance.
Use data insights to refine messaging, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with content, creative, and technology teams to build landing pages, ad assets, and lead nurturing workflows.
Present performance reviews and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Innovation:
Stay on top of platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising.
Experiment with A/B tests, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on Instagram Ads , Google AdWords , and LinkedIn Ads .

Experience & Skills :
3 - 6 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of campaign management for multiple geographies , including cultural nuances and market dynamics.
Experience in managing budgets of varying scales (small to enterprise-level).
Deep familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
