Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer Encryption Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong background in encryption and data protection. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage encryption solutions across applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage encryption for data at rest, in transit, and in use
• Integrate cryptographic protocols and libraries into Python applications
• Maintain PKI infrastructure and key management systems (e.g., AWS KMS, Vault)
• Ensure compliance with standards like FIPS, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud workloads
• Conduct threat modeling and respond to encryption-related incidents

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and encryption libraries (cryptography, Fernet, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps/SecOps tools and secure coding practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred:

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCSP)
• Experience with tokenization, data masking, or anonymizationRole & responsibilities
