Roles and Responsibilities
HR1. Maintain and update Organisation chart
2. Manage entire cycle of Hiring (Recruitment, on-boarding and induction)
3. Manage interpersonal employee relationships
4. Employee one-on-one mentoring towards participating in growth
5. Employee grievance redressal
6. Employee connect and 'Parmanand Culture' building
7. Payroll management
8. Maintain and update Employee Handbook
9. Maintain and update Job Descriptions
10. Maintain and update Employee information and records
11. Handling resignation, notice periods, effective handover and transfer of responsibilities
12. Manage attendance and leave requests
Administration1. Housekeeping, follow schedule as coursed out by management
2. Monitor and ensure personnel are well groomed
3. Maintenance of office equipment
4. Maintain and update inventory of store needs
5. Maintain authorisation of needs for various departments within the organisation
6. Required Candidate profile
Personal
1. Conscientious. Immaculate work ethics, pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Should have flair for documentation, clarity in recording and presenting information.
3. Should display leadership skills to drive new initiatives and develop team spirit. Creative thinking with a desire to simplify work.
