Support Engineer @ Harness

Job Description

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Create technical design documentation that follows standard format.
• Operating system knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues.
• Good knowledge on Database like SQL / Oracle, Unix/Linux.
• Responsible for Installations, configuration, user training.
• Responsible to do testing in UAT and go live.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Understanding JAVA, CRM, ERP.

• Communication Skills.
• Problem Solving Skills.
• Familiar with support ticket and knowledge-based systems.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Basic about Microsoft SQL and Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
• Patience and Team player.
• Virtual working capabilities.
• Provide product knowledge, guidance, and support to internal teams.
• Preferred to have an experience in manufacturing domain.
• Self-discipline person with good attitude.
• Willing to travel within domestic.
