Job Description
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Create technical design documentation that follows standard format.
- Operating system knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues.
- Good knowledge on Database like SQL / Oracle, Unix/Linux.
- Responsible for Installations, configuration, user training.
- Responsible to do testing in UAT and go live.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Understanding JAVA, CRM, ERP.
- Communication Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Familiar with support ticket and knowledge-based systems.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Basic about Microsoft SQL and Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
- Patience and Team player.
- Virtual working capabilities.
- Provide product knowledge, guidance, and support to internal teams.
- Preferred to have an experience in manufacturing domain.
- Self-discipline person with good attitude.
- Willing to travel within domestic.
