Job Description

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Create technical design documentation that follows standard format.
Operating system knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues.
Good knowledge on Database like SQL / Oracle, Unix/Linux.
Responsible for Installations, configuration, user training.
Responsible to do testing in UAT and go live.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Understanding JAVA, CRM, ERP.

Necessary Skills

Communication Skills.
Problem Solving Skills.
Familiar with support ticket and knowledge-based systems.
Maintain customer relationships.
Basic about Microsoft SQL and Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
Patience and Team player.
Virtual working capabilities.
Provide product knowledge, guidance, and support to internal teams.
Preferred to have an experience in manufacturing domain.
Self-discipline person with good attitude.
Willing to travel within domestic.
