We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with a minimum of 10 years of software development experience to join our dynamic team focused on creating innovative cybersecurity software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the specified technologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role will involve leading a team of 3 to 5 developers while collaborating closely with the product owner and lead software architect based in France.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity software using Java 17 or above, Spring Boot 3, PostgreSQL, and Angular 8 or above
Collaborate with the product owner to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time
Oversee the Agile development process using JIRA, ensuring task estimation and accurate follow-up
Manage version control and CI/CD processes using GitLab and GitLab CI
Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing updates and reports on project progress
Support team members in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues autonomously
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and software development lifecycle
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions

Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international teams, Croatian native
