Job Description

• Proficient in GCP AI offerings and Google Dialog flow CX/Virtual agents building.
• Experience on Voice AI / Digital Channels/Agentic AI applications using Playbooks, tooling, connectors, and data sources.
• Strong proficiency in Python/ Node JS for developing cloud function, building connection between the client face interface and GCP
• Hands on the identification, design, and implementation of use cases for GCP DFCX Agents in contact centers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in constructing intents, entities, and annotations in Dialog flow CX tool.
• Familiar with Vertex AI, Datastore, Authentication, CI/CD Implementation, GIT.
