We are now looking to onboard experienced Chartered Accountants and Lawyers to lead the consultative sales process for customers dealing with tax or legal issues. These professionals will act as trusted advisors, engaging high-intent leads and guiding them toward appropriate service offerings available through our partner network.
Role Overview:
As a Tax & Legal Sales Consultant, you will interact with customers who have received tax notices, legal notices, or face regulatory issues. Your role is to analyze the issue, provide expert guidance, and convert these leads into paid engagement services that will be fulfilled by verified professionals on the Assured by Ledgers platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads facing:
Income Tax or GST notices
Legal disputes, notices, or regulatory issues
Compliance-related challenges (ROC, Companies Act, etc.)
Provide expert insights to help clients understand the problem and possible solutions
Recommend suitable service packages or customized solutions based on the case
Guide the client through pricing, scope, and process to ensure conversion
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal generation, payment tracking, and onboarding
Maintain detailed records of leads, consultations, and conversion outcomes
Candidate Profile:
For Chartered Accountants:
Qualified CA with 38 years of experience in tax advisory, litigation, or compliance
Comfortable interpreting tax notices and discussing resolution strategies
For Lawyers:
LLB with 38 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or business legal advisory
Strong grasp of legal documentation, notice analysis, and client consultation
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong verbal and written communication
Deep domain understanding with the ability to simplify complex issues
Trust-building and consultative selling approach
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes
