Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HRBP Intern to support our HR Business Partnering team in delivering key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn about strategic HR, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBPs in driving key people initiatives aligned with business goals
- Support in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
- Help prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data analysis for business reviews
- Coordinate performance management cycles, learning programs, and development plans
- Contribute to diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and culture-building activities
- Participate in grievance handling processes under supervision
- Support communication of HR policies, processes, and updates to employees
- Conduct benchmarking research and support talent planning projects
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- Prior experience in HR is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for people development and employee experience
