Role & responsibilities


We are hiring Call Center Process Trainees to support our customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  3. Record call details and feedback in the system (CRM).
  4. Follow scripts and standard procedures during calls.
  5. Report daily performance and issues to the team leader.

Language preferred - Hindi & English
