Cash Applications Grade: M1/M2- Analyst/ Senior Analyst
Shift: Rotational 7:00 PM to 4:00 PM IST (US Shift)

Qualification: Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience: 4 to 7 years BFSI Industry Operations/Order Management (PLM) experience in a medium or large organization
Notice Period: Up to 30 days
Work from Office Requirement: Hybrid mode
JD Key Responsibilities Create and manage customer master records in ERP systemsSet up new projects and contracts based on deal reviews and SoWs/ContractsAmend contracts according to change ordersUpdate or modify revenue budgets and TCVs as specified in SoWs or change ordersReview contracts for compliance and accuracyAssign and reallocate resources as requiredCommunicate with onshore operations teams and PMs for project updates and correctionsMonitor missing and unapproved time sheets and distribute related reportsMaintain documentation for client-specific exceptionsProcess time and expense corrections upon requestWell-versed on T&M, FP, and RR project conceptsAdjust bill rates and perform pricing or repricing rate correctionsUpdate revenue forecasts in reporting toolsFollow up on pipeline opportunities with project managersCreate pricing templates and sales opportunities for new dealsAnalyse actuals V/s forecast revenue and update comments accordinglyCollaborate with billing teams on rate corrections, customer information changes, and contract amendmentsPrepare reports for operations teams or project managersSupport SOX and substantive auditsManage group mailboxesReview and update process documents quarterly Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft ExcelHighly organized, with the ability to manage tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsKeen attention to detailAdheres to established timelines and SLAsPossesses a solid understanding of business processes, systems, and toolsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience with PeopleSoft/ SAP is preferredJob Classification
