Job Description


Position: Lead Generation Executive / Manager / AVP / Head (Commission-Only Model)

Experience Required: 3 to 20 Years (Any one with IT Sales experience can apply)
Targetted Region: US, UK, APAC, EMEA coverage
Engagement Model: Consultant Agreement Commission/Revenue Share Only (No Fixed Salary)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Professional who can bring qualified leads from the US, UK, APAC, and EMEA regions. The role is ideal for someone with strong sales networks, industry contacts, and a proven track record in generating IT service opportunities.


This is a commission-only role based on closed business revenue. You will be supported with a Consultant Agreement and Sales Enablement Kit (corporate brochure, client case studies, service portfolio) to help you convert opportunities.

What We Provide

  • Consultant Agreement
  • Sales Enablement Kit (Corporate Brochure, Client Case Studies, Service Portfolio)
  • Dedicated technical & pre-sales team for proposal support and client calls

What We Do NOT Provide

  • We dont offer any Paid platform licenses (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • No retainer fee/ Fixed pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads in target geographies (US, UK, APAC, EMEA)
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline for IT services across our core expertise area
  • Network and leverage industry connections to create new business opportunities
  • Present TechMangos service offerings to prospective clients via virtual or in-person meetings
  • Coordinate with TechMangos technical and pre-sales team to prepare proposals and close deals
  • Achieve revenue targets through consistent lead conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversion status
  • Atleast share a 4-5 qualified lead per month

Requirements

  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or business development in IT services
  • Strong client network and market understanding in US, UK, APAC, or EMEA
  • Ability to qualify leads and engage C-level decision-makers
  • Experience working on a commission/revenue-share model (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Access to personal or professional tools/platforms for lead generation

Compensation

  • Commission-Only / Revenue Share Model: Attractive percentage payout based on closed deals you generate
  • No fixed salary Earnings are unlimited based on performance

Tax Details:

  • The above compensation shall be computed on the taxable value of billing amount to the referred client and shall not be computed on any indirect taxes collected from the referred client.
  • The above compensation shall be paid after deduction of appropriate taxes as per the extant Income-tax laws of India."
  • The above compensation is payable upon payment realized and collected from the client
  • In cases of billing to Clients outside India, the commission payable shall be calculated based on the exchange conversion rate applicable on the date of collection and not the billing date. The exchange rate to be used for this purpose shall be the RBI Reference Rate of the respective currency, determined on the nearest available day to the date of collection.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments will be released within 30 days after Techmango receives payment from the referred client.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer as agreed upon by both parties.
  • If a client defaults on payment, Techmango is not liable to compensate the Referrer for unpaid amounts.
