Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Accounts
- Day to day accounting like bill / expense booking, Sales entry, Bank (receipt & payment) entries, Bank reconciliation, Petty cash handling etc.
- Receivable & Payable management
- Basic communication with bankers
- Finalization of Accounts
- Liasoning with Statutory audit
- Co-ordination with various stakeholders (Good to have)
- Income tax
- TDS Working & Payment Monthly
- TDS return filling & amendment/correction of TDS demand reflecting on traces
- Well versed with Tax audit
- Assisting in compiling various docs during income tax assessment & scrutiny.
- PF/ESIC Monthly Payment
- PT Payment & Return
- GST
- Well versed with Monthly GST return filling like GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B
- Well versed with Annual GST return filling Form 9 & Form 9C
- Exposure to Reconciliation of GSTR2B v/s GSTR 3B v/s Books of accounts
- Monthly preparation of RCM working & Payment
- Taking follow up of the parties whose GST is not reflecting on GST Portal Vise versa
- Exposure to GST Audit & assessment (Good to have)
Requirements:
- Inter CA (who left pursuing CA) with experience of 8 to 10 years / B. com with 12 to 15 years
- Knowledge of Advance Excel &Tally/ERP accounting software (Inventory Module Good to have)
- Good communication skill.
