About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious AI Generalist to join our team. If you enjoy solving real-world problems using AI, working across different areas like machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI this could be a great fit.

You'll work on diverse projects building models, testing ideas, and turning concepts into working prototypes. This is a hands-on role where learning, experimenting, and collaboration are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test machine learning and deep learning models

• Work with data: clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets

• Fine-tune open-source models (e.g., LLMs) for various tasks

• Help integrate AI solutions into applications or APIs

• Stay updated with new research and tools in the AI/ML space

• Collaborate with team members from product, design, and engineering

What Were Looking For:

• 0-5 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science

• Solid Python skills and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face

• Understanding of ML concepts, NLP or CV fundamentals

• Bonus: Experience with LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, or MLOps tools

• Comfortable learning new tools, working in teams, and owning projects

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Projects involving ChatGPT / OpenAI / LLaMA / custom GPTs

• Built a personal AI assistant, chatbot, or recommender system

• Exposure to deployment frameworks (FastAPI, Streamlit, Flask)
