Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Leads the approach for the technical solution that aligns with the architecture blueprint & vision.

Liaises with engineers, architects, business analysts to understand the objectives, requirements and options.
Leads solution design options and is able to explain the pros and cons to key stakeholders for appropriate decision making
Drives the adoption of software engineering principles, processes and best practices.
Responsible for work quality of the software engineering team, ensuring it meets the technical standards for all services output.
Monitors the technical progress against plans while safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance and providing updates to client.
Supports and mentors the team in understanding of new technologies, software languages and technical domains relevant to the areas.
Skills:-
Engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET/ADO.NET, Web Services, Windows Service, Ajax, XML,MVC,C#,XAML, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Angular.
Experience in XAML, MVVM, Windows platform, Web & Window application
Having good exposure in Microsoft Technologies like .Net, C#, ASP. Net, Azure cloud , WPF, Angularjs, Web API, WinForms, JavaScript, jQuery. WCF,WPF, JavaScript.
An ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Enhancing application reach to a global scale, by .
Coordinating with US team, to allocate task to teams, on a daily basis and monitoring development status.
