Job Description

Provide expert support and guidance to clients in the maintenance, configuration and optimization of SAP HCM/Payroll modules
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HCM/Payroll processes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
Supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing customers, as well as involvement in specific projects.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs.
Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions.
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
