This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
