Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated PowerApps Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, and will be able to design, develop, and maintain custom applications that meet business needs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional designs, and implement solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency. This is a Full-time and Hybrid position.Job Description
What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Perform testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for application designs, processes, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as necessary.
- Assist in training end-users on how to use the applications effectively and provide ongoing support to ensure user satisfaction.
- Develops small/medium size applications end-to-end using Power Platform.
- PowerApps - Experience in developing Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps. Good understanding of PowerApps Formulae and Development Methods. Know how to work with multiple data sources. Knows how to work with Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
- MSSQL - Basic level knowledge of MS-SQL.
- SharePoint - Basic knowledge of SharePoint will be good.
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., SharePoint, SQL). Familiarity with common data sources and connectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop effective solutions.
- BCA / MCA / BE / B. Tech (Computer Science preferred).
- Good comprehension ability.

Physical Demands
- This role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional movement around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
